Barrie Korean Presbyterian Church

The Barrie Korean Presbyterian Church was founded in May, 1988, to serve a growing population of Korean Christians in the city. The church soon found a home for worship and study, serving about 100 families, at Grace. The Korean congregation worships at 2 p.m. on Sundays. A bible study group meets Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and holds an intercessory prayer service Fridays at 7 p.m. For early morning risers, there's also a 6 a.m. prayer service on Saturdays. The church has active children's and youth groups and an enthusiastic choir. Rev. David Chin is pastor of the church.

Church members believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and are moved by the faith, hope and love found in the Gospels. As a Christian community, the church strives to be filled with the Holy Spirit and the healing power of God and Jesus. It worships together in praise of God and works towards building a community of good neighbours.

The church is located at 350 Grove St. E., Barrie, Ontario, L4M 2R7. The church's phone number is 705-722-0681. Its website url is The site is powered by
